Svetlana 4CX350AC Radial Beam Power Tetrode
The Svetlana 4CX350AC is a compact radial beam tetrode with a plate dissipation rating of 350 watts with forced-air cooling. The 4CX350AC is intended for Class AB SSB linear RF amplifier service. It is intended for stationary and mobile equipment designs with power amplification at frequencies up to 500 MHz. The tetrode is of metal-ceramic construction and is designed specifically for severe military environments. The 4CX350AC has an indirectly-heated oxide cathode which operates at a low temperature at rated heater voltage for extended life.
The Svetlana 4CX350AC is manufactured in the Svetlana factory in St. Petersburg, Russia, and is designed to be a direct replacement for the equivalent tetrode manufactured in the United States.
