Svetlana Y644<\/h2>\n

The Svetlana Y644 is a compact metal\/ceramic radial beam tetrode with a plate dissipation rating of 250 watts with forced-air cooling. The T644 is intended for Class AB SSB linear RF amplifier service. It is intended for stationary and mobile equipment designs with power amplification at frequencies up to 500MHz. The Y644 has an indirectly heated oxide cathode which operates at a low temperature at rated heater voltage for extended life. The Svetlana Y644 is manufactured in the Svetlana factory in St.Petersburg, Russia, and is designed to be a direct replacement for the Y644 manufactured in the United States.<\/p>\n
