Svetlana 4CX250B/7203 Radial Beam Power Tetrode
The Svetlana 4CX250B/7203 is a compact metal/ceramic radial beam tetrode with a plate dissipation rating of 250 watts with forced-air cooling. The 4CX250B is intended for Class AB SSB linear RF amplifier service. It is intended for stationary and mobile equipment designs with power amplification at frequencies up to 500 MHz. The 4CX250B has an indirectly-heated oxide cathode.
The Svetlana 4CX250B is manufactured in the Svetlana factory in St. Petersburg, Russia, and is designed to be a direct replacement for the 4CX250B/7203 manufactured in the United States, England and elsewhere.
